OK, so i know have info to write about, but I dont feel like writing right now...I'll leave a message for myself, and try to write tomorrow, b/c my life the past month and a half has been....interesting to say the least...but for now, I only have a little bit to say.
I beat my first video game last week!!! I always give up, because i lose interest half-way through the game, and there's not enough plot development to keep me going. I've beating computer games, but that's just because that's easy to do when slacking off. I played Kingdom Hearts. Its a mix of Final Fantasy characters with Disney characters. I even took the extra time to make sure that I got the special ending so that I could see the preview for the sequel....its gonna be SOOO rad...I can't wait.
I'm going to start playing Final Fantasy VII tomorrow, because Eric loaned it to me. Supposedly its most people's favorite. But without ever even having played any Final Fantasy games, my favorite is FFX (I'm the hot one - Tidus - in case you didn't know) Tie-dus, not Tea-dus. Kingdom Hearts is wrong. I don't care what they have to say. All of this was for a point, and I cant remember the point anymore...
OH YEAH!
I was gonna post this quiz result to the journal!

I feel like writing now, so I do believe that that is what I will do.
I'm kinda pissed off with myself right now, since I noticed that it is now officially September 11, and it is the one-year anniversary of the terrorist attacks. I swore that I would NOT get all emotional today, but I know that's a lie. (Because I am already quasi-emotional right now) I was sitting at my computer looking over pictures of when I went to Europe in the summer of 2001 with Spirit of America, a national honor band based in Boone, North Caronlina, at Appalachian State University (ap-a-LATCH-in, not ap-a-la-tion, it turns out...who'd have guessed).
While I was looking at these pictures, and remembering how much joy the people in the little towns (like Montreaux, Switzerland, where they have a huge annual jazz festival. It was the day after we performed, and in our off-time, we went into a little guitar shop. The guy there makes his own guitars. On our way out, we ran into...literally...B.B. King!! It turns out that he gets his guitars at that shop! It was cool as shit!!!) But back to the story, there would be older people in their sixties, who didnt understand English very well, but just enjoyed watching us play, and little kids would dance around while we played in the middle of a city, the buildings surrounding us older than our nation is. It was very amazing.
Looking over these pictures and memories, it reminded me of how much I love our nation, as much as I hate it at the same time. I also started to listen to the song that was our theme. Let There be Peace on Earth. Lo and Behold, I was then in a sappy mood.
So anyways...i just talked on the phone with someone who is more bitchy than like Jeremy times three. If you don't know Jeremy, imagine the bitchiest queen, and multiply just the bitchy aspect by three. Flaming wise, he's not more flaming than me. And if you're Jeremy, remember, I only say these things out of love ;) (or malice, take your pick)
Band kix ass, like usual. I love my section. I think I'm done for now, but i'm gonna try to write again sometime soon (key word: try)
